  • find suitable tenants (we carry out reference and credit checks on all prospective long term tenants)

  • keep you updated on new tenancies / vacating tenants

  • draw up relevant tenancy agreement documentation and if applicable lodge any bond monies to Tenancy Services

  • Organize and arrange any maintenance or repairs (after reporting to you) as required on your property (We receive great service and support from a complete range of local trades people, they
    respond very quickly to our requests so maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently)

  • Collect rent monies on your behalf, hold same in trust and transfer every 28 days by way of direct credit to your nominated bank account rent monies collected less commission, gst and any maintenance charges applicable

  • Forward monthly statements to you detailing above

  • Conduct regular monthly property inspections (no extra charge to you) and forward copies of same to you

  • Carry out regular drive by checks of your property during the course of our daily business
